Spent the morning watching the Phillies game..they lost.....and trying to burn music for friends.
Little simple things that are not so simple.....
Yoga tonight was so full of people and I was one of the masses
and struggled in the standing poses given my long run of yesterday.
Its funnu when your mind is all over the place and all the sudden it drifts back to where it should be.
Its raining...and quiet and beautiful.
