Marina called and her Mom is doing her usual gyrations and the young kitten we used to have returns as a full grown whale.....
I woke up in a good mood today and this is really cool. Its been a grind lately and there is a sudden little sliver of grandiose hope. My back being the conundrum that it is went for a run with me in forest park....I took my mind also and it was wonderful to see the lush green of the park.. And my back was good...
11 or 12 miles.
I was a bum the rest of the day doing stupid little stuff that had to be done; things like doing all the wash, getting the yoga towels off the porch, fixing the fridge, watering the garden...and just sitting back and enjoying the day .......
and sitting and listening.....to a special person I have just met.. Flabbergasted ....hating technology when it might work..happy for what I have....
and a gentle rain.....Falls in Oregon......The sound of it is sweet.....
The growth it offers......Insatiable....
